Quick analysis: FDCPA and FCRA are up quite a bit over last period, TCPA is down a little. But the real news is that we can now project FDCPA will finish the year at around 10,500 suits, down from 12,018 in 2011. Both FCRA and TCPA will finish the year strongly ahead of 2011. In fact both statutes, as of Oct 15, have met or surpassed 2011 volumes.
